Age

You must be 18 years or older to enjoy our services and facilities. Identification may be requested upon check-in. 

Reservations

Please contact us at (919) 818-7473 for all reservations. 

Cancellations or Missed Appointments

To better serve our guests, we ask that you provide us with a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment to avoid being charged the entirety of your service. All “No-shows” will be charged in full to the credit card provided at booking.  If using a package, you will forfeit a package credit in the event of a no show or late cancel.

Health Considerations

Please inform your reservations agent at the time of booking if you are pregnant, have high or low blood pressure, any physical ailments, allergies or any condition that may prohibit skin care therapies or exposure to heat.  Please avoid immediate sun exposure after any skin care therapy.

Arrival

Parking is available at SkinLove Spa Club. If you are receiving a facial, a body treatment or a massage, we ask that you arrive on time as our services start on time.

Return Policy

It is our mission to provide you with the highest-quality of skin and body care products with your services. In fact, you may like these products so much that you wish to use them every day in your own home! In the event you purchase any of our spa products for home use and find them to be defective, we cannot, during this time, accept any refunds.

Memberships

Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.  No questions asked cancellations.  Please give in your 30 day written cancellation to the spa.  Your membership packages do not expire.

Zero Tolerance Policy

As we offer intimate body treatments, we have a Zero Tolerance Policy for inappropriate behavior.  The aesthetician reserves the right to cancel any service in session if there is any inappropriate advances, gestures, words, and/or actions.  There will be no refund and the proper authorities will be notified.
